Greetings Earthlings!

I havent done this in a long while, but here are my impressions of stuff coming out in June from DC.

( NIGHTWING #133 )
I have been really enjoying Marv's return to Nightwing. And flashing back to his pre-Nightwing days should be fun. Also its nice to see Jamal Igle working regularly.

( ALL STAR SUPERMAN #8 )
This is the only Superman book I like. Being a Morrison fanboy dosent hurt, but I have really enjoyed the modern Silver Age feel of the book.

( JACK KIRBY’S FOURTH WORLD OMNIBUS VOL. 2 HC )

Damn I need more money. Or start running a comic shop again so I get a discount. Too many archives coming out I have no money for. Though I enjoyed Kirby's Kamandi more than New Gods this is astounding stuff.

The first two issues of this have been great, Hope we see more DC stuff from Jeff Smith.

( IMMORTAL IRON FIST #7 )

The new Iron Fist comic has been fun so far. The adding of the whole generational Iron Fists not unlike the Phantom has been a good twist.

( WORLD WAR HULK #1 (of 5) )

Please Hulk make Iron Man into recyclables. That would make my whole day.

New Warriors? *sigh* I liked the original team but all the revivals have kind of well...blown.

OK I am waiting to see where this all goes. I have enjoyed Warren Ellis' madness thus far, but I hope there is some payoff or I am outta here.


( X-MEN: FIRST CLASS #1 )

Ok the mini has been fun, but it looks like Marvel is doing the toss as many new series at the wall again and see what sticks approach once more.
