I got all 8 correct, even the ones that were wrong (a neuron doesn't have a defined electric charge...a neuTron does, and the tides are a combination of the moon AND sun). Also, in the skiing one, not all of the potential energy goes to kinetic, some goes into the environment as heat due to friction, as well as deforming the snow. Not that energy conservation is covered in a lot of 8th grade curricula.
