Good [+2] Ex-soldier, Good [+2] Assassin, Good [+2] Deadly with his hands, Good [+2] Marksman, Good [+2] Electronics. Poor [-2] Sociopath
Expert [+4] Invulnerability, Good [+2] Super-strength
I always liked Warhawk as a villain. Just tough enough to give heroes a run, but not so tough he cant be taken down. Works well for stories that need a badguy, but the story is more about the main characters dealing with something more personal.
