Last weekend Ann & I saw Wicked at Wharton Center For the Preforming Arts. We had really good seats about 8 rows back and just a tad to left of center stage. Wicked isnt my favorite musical, but there are a couple songs I really like in it.
The performance was spirited Carman Cusak as Elphaba made your heart break when she sang Not That Girl . She and Meggie Cansler (as Glinda) had very good chemistry together; also I think because Meggie Cansler was the understudy she amped her performance a bit that night.
All in all a great night.
Also Cliffton Hall (who played Fiyero) looke dlike Tom Cruise.....
