A coyote in a major metropolitan area? Got it. Got a breeding population here in Chi-Town. They keep the rabbits in the parks under control. And the rats. And the little yappy dog-like things. New York should have just let Hal wander around. All they're fdoing is postponing the inevitable. More coyotes will come.
