Greetings Earthlings!

I cut my super-hero teeth on playing V&V. I am not sure about the the first printing, but the one I always saw included Crisis At Crusader Citadel. Nice little intro adventure with lots of heros and villains to use. Now here for you gaming enjoyment.

Slingers was a comic that got the short end of the stick I think looking back on it. I was put off the fact you had to buy all four different #1s and Wizard to the the #0 to really get the full story. I couple years after it was cancelled I ended up with all 12 issues when I bought some other comics on e-Bay. I found it was a pretty darn good comic after all. So without further blathering on my part....

Heard this morning that the director and co-screenwriter of a Christmas Story was killed in a car crash along with his son. Most of his movies were forgettable, but he gave a Christmas Story and thats all that matters.

Last night I had a dream about zombies. Not unusual but not all the zombies were bad guys. In fact one of them was helping us. The "good" zombie was more of the "Hulk Smash" variety. The dream was more like watching a movie starring me and my friends.

Then Ann woke me up when she came to bed I fell back to sleep and it was the prequel to the first dream. Was about the to learn the origin of the "good' zombie when my alarm went off. Damnit!

We lost one my favorite comic artists today Marshall Rogers. Not many details yet except that he died either Saturday or Sunday.

Crap. Just when he started doing comics stuff again.

Just saw that Drew Hayes creator of the long running indy comic Poison Elves has passed away. He has had ongoing health issues and looks like it all caught up to him.

His early work on the book was incredible. He lost my interest after a while, but he did great work. Always wished he had done some work on other things. Damn 37 is far too young.

Its official the Chinese have gone as mad as us.
